Examples of what we have done for our clients:
Issue: Management reports are made by compiling information in spread sheets. The time needed to collect and enter the information means the reports are not available in time to help management make decisions.
Solution: Daily batch load from the accounting system into a report database. Add entry screens to collect information that is not in the accounting system. Present the up to date reports from a web server.

Issue: Review of available CRM systems found them to be expensive, hard to fit to the client needs, and would have required many hours of training for client personnel.
Solution: Simple CRM system that did exactly what was needed and was easy to use.

Issue: Collecting process information from many field agents.
Solution: Web server based data collection system.

Issue: Need to reduce deployment cost for internal applications and provide needed work flow management.
Solution: Thin client work flow application that runs in client browser.

Issue: Client did not have a complete list of products in any one database. Preparing a catalog was difficult and errors in the separate systems were a problem.
Solution: Build a central database with a thin client application to maintain the product list. Data exports from this system update and add product numbers and descriptions to the separate systems that process product.

Issue: Client needed a central employee database for all offices.
Solution: Build a central database with a thin client application to maintain the employee database. A password protected search form allows the employees to search and view the data over the Internet.

Issue: Client needed a billing system for a unique product and customer mix unable to be served by off the shelf programs.
Solution: Build a database driven thin client billing/receivables application to fit the unique needs of the customer.
